When you have had a few unhealthy-ish days like I have (think a weekend of cheese-free pizza, homemade chocolate hazelnut nutella pastry snowflakes, marzipan & lots of wine 🥂🥂🥂 !) …. Seriously. Get down to Wagamama! Their selection of vegan options is impressive. And their latest addition – the Kare Burosu Ramen – does not disappoint!🌱🌿🌼
What it is? Described on the Wagamana menu as ‘Shichimi-costed silken tofu & grilled mixed mushrooms on a bed of udon noodles in a curried broth’, with chilli, coriander, pea shoots & carrot garnished on top.
It is amazing! And was complimented beautifully with sides of wok-fried greens (broccoli & bok choi in garlic and soy sauce) and yasai gyoza (vegetable dumplings). Oh my days – absolutely delicious food, bursting with flavour, colour and health!
