JD Wetherspoon’s Mangalorean roasted cauliflower & spinach curry

JD Wetherspoons have upped their vegan curry game! Look at those red chillies… 😍🌶

This new dish is the Mangalorean roasted cauliflower & spinach curry, and let me tell you.. it was beautiful! 💙

It is described on the menu as “a South Indian tangy creamed coconut sauce, roasted cauliflower, potato, spinach, red peppers – finished with fenugreek leaves, naan bread, pilau rice”. It is exactly that & more!

The only problem is that I believe it is only available at airports. So the next time you’re going away, I highly recommend tucking into this curry. Preferably washed down with an Aspall’s cider ♥

I just had this curry. I was AMAZING. Really good option for any vegan or for those transitioning over to the vegan lifestyle!
And as of August 2019 – no longer just in airports 🙂
