Hi all, Happy Monday! I don’t know about you but I found it suuuccch a struggle to get up this morning. Perhaps opening a bottle of fizz yesterday evening wasn’t a great idea after all…. but it did make me feel more human after Saturday with the troublesome Rachel! I’d like to say that we were angels (like in the pics, toggle right – gotta love a snapchat filter!) – behaved ourselves and didn’t drink very much – however we all know that’s unlikely to be the case!
So today it’s back to healthy eating…
at the very least in an attempt to offset some Amsterdamage (see what I did there ha..) at my sister Lisa’s crazy hen this weekend in the Dutch capital! 😀 It’s all fun for some… imagine the difference next Monday morning when we will literally be shadows of our formers selves ! But we will have had a crackin’ weekend – one to remember for Lis 🙂
Today for lunch I’ve got leftover rice, veggies and my special ingredients – houmous & Nando’s peri sauce. Back on the straight and narrow! I tend to go for Garlic, Vusa or extra extra hot Nando’s sauce …. anyone else a little bit addicted to Nando’s peri sauces?
